About this website
This website introduces Turnaround: Airport Operations and provides a way to report bugs. The game and online services are in development, so screenshots, features and plans may change. The website does not sell the game or accept leaderboard scores. Optional game telemetry has been implemented for testing, with production uploads locked pending the real Steam application and deployment configuration.
The operator's legal identity and dedicated contact details will be added before public deployment. For now, you can contact the team through the report form. These website terms do not replace the terms of a store where you buy or download the game.
Be considerate
You are welcome to read the site, share links and send constructive feedback. Please do not send spam, harassment, unlawful material, malicious files or deliberately misleading reports. Do not attempt to access other people's information, impersonate staff, disrupt the service or bypass its security controls.
If you find a security problem, send a short description through the report form so we can arrange a safe follow-up. Do not include live passwords, tokens or another person's private information, and do not exploit the issue to obtain data.
Your reports and ideas
Submitting feedback is voluntary. You keep any rights you have in what you write. You give the team permission to store, read and use your report to investigate problems and improve the game, including sharing relevant details with people helping us fix an issue. This is not a transfer of ownership of everything you submit.
Please send only information you are entitled to share. Reports are handled privately under our privacy policy. We will not publish your contact address or raw private report as community content. If we want to quote your personal feedback publicly, we will ask first.
We cannot promise a reply, a particular fix or a release date for every report. Including clear steps and the game version gives us a better chance of investigating. Reporting a problem does not create an obligation to pay for the report or implement a suggested feature.
Optional reporting and offline play
Game reporting is optional. Each purpose starts off, and you can play normally without sharing or connecting to this website. Network failures and pending reporting requests must not prevent offline play. Reading these terms or sending a bug report does not turn on optional telemetry.
If you enable a purpose, send only genuine gameplay measurements from your own sessions. Do not fabricate events, impersonate another player, flood the service or attempt to use reporting credentials to access administration. Reporting tokens identify a submission, not proof that a result is independently verified. The team may reject malformed, duplicated, abusive or ineligible reports.
The privacy policy explains the specific information, your choices, withdrawals and deletion. Declining or withdrawing optional sharing does not change your airport or your ability to play.
Future leaderboards and community stats
Leaderboards and community totals are planned, but submissions are not open yet. Before they open, we will explain eligibility, the measurements used, how results are checked and how to appeal a moderation decision. Client-reported records will be labelled; they will not be presented as independently verified results.
Public display names and submissions will be moderated for abuse, impersonation and misleading content. The team may exclude suspicious or ineligible results under the published rules. Optional participation and any associated data collection will be explained separately when available.
Site content and external links
Turnaround's branding, screenshots and other site content belong to their respective rights holders. Sharing a link to the site is welcome; these terms do not grant ownership of the game or its assets. If you would like materials for coverage, ask through the report form until a press contact is available.
External links, including Steam links, lead to services operated by others. Their own terms and policies apply there.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website useful, accurate and secure. As a small development team, we may need to change or temporarily take down parts of it for maintenance, security or development. Planned features are not a guarantee of delivery.
These terms do not exclude rights or protections you have under applicable law. We will date updates here and explain significant changes to a service before they take effect where appropriate. If something is unclear, please contact us so we can help.
